Simplify Your Life With Auto Payment
Automatic Bill Payment (Auto Pay) is an electronic funds transfer payment that saves you the trouble of writing a check to pay your electric bill (any type of account) and paying the postage to mail it.

Once you are signed up, you will receive your billing notice(s) marked "Bill Paid By Auto Pay". Ten days after the billing date (or the next banking day), we notify your financial institution of the amount to be transferred from your account to pay your electric bill.

If you would like to set up "Auto Pay" for your account(s), contact Southern's Customer Services Department at 1-800-652-2013.
