Irrigation Rates

Southern offers the following irrigation rates:


Anytime Interruptible, plus Sunday:

Interruption of service is possible anytime on any day of the week. Control will be limited to a maximum of 72 hours per week with a potential of up to a maximum of 6 hours on Sundays.

Multiple Interruptible, plus Sunday:

Control hours will be similar to the Anytime Control rate. Interruption of service is possible anytime on any day of the week. Control will be limited to a maximum of 72 hours per week with a potential of up to a maximum of 6 hours on Sundays. When possible, wells on this rate will also have the opportunity to have power restored and then may be recontrolled during the day as the district's load allows. This rate is ideal for irrigation pivot systems with auto-restarts.

Four Day Interruptible, plus Sunday:

Interruption of service is possible up to four days per week as scheduled by the district plus the potential of a maximum of 6 hours of control on Sunday. The district will assign two days per week when interruption will not occur. Participants will be notified ahead of the control season of the uncontrolled days.

Three Day Interruptible, plus Sunday:

Interruption of service is possible anytime on the same three district-designated days of the week plus the potential of a maximum 6 hours of control on Sunday. Participants will be notified ahead of the control season of the three consecutive designated days of control.

Two Day Interruptible, plus Sunday:

Interruption of service is possible anytime on the same two district designated days of each week plus the potential of a maximum of 6 hours of control on Sunday. Participants will be notified ahead of the control season of the designated days.

Full Power:

No planned interruptions of power. If an interruption occurs, contact the nearest district service center.
