Lineman Scholarships Prseented to Three

Southern’s Board of Directors awarded

three scholarships recentlyto assist recipients with financing their lineman program education. The three men selected for scholarships are pursuing a career as a lineman, and were each awarded a $1,000 scholarship.

Scholarship winners this year include Braden Allen and Kip Christenboth ofHastings; and James Petit of Franklin.As a part oftheir education,they will all be required to complete a summer internship with Southern, which will give them a hands-on experience with lineman work before graduation. Congratulations and best wishesto all three of these students.
