To report an outage, contact your local service center. After hours, your call will be routed to CRC, Southern's after hours call center provider.

To shorten the duration of your call during an outage situation, and make the wait "on hold" as short as possible for other customers, please have your account information ready.

DO NOT report your outage on Facebook, Twitter or our online contact form. Outages need to be reported via telephone.
