Southern Power District is joining forces with its wholesale power provider, Nebraska Public Power District, to offer its customers the opportunity to purchase compact fluorescent lamps at a reduce price in November and December, for as long as supplies last. You can save $1 on a single-package ENERGY STAR qualified CFL, or save $2 on a multi-pack lamp package, also ENERGY STAR qualified. The CFLs are available at many retail stores in Southern's service area. You can select the link below for a listing of those retailers, or visit NPPD's website for those details. Customers in Adams and Hall Counties can obtain their CFL's by utilizing the coupon that appears on Page 4 in the November Customer Newsletter.
