Website Strives to Answer Your Questions
Last month we told you about a new feature on our website that allows you to ask a question to Southern’s staff, or to simply make a comment about your service. We’re glad to see this feature has already been used, and we’ve been able to answer some questions pertaining to billing, irrigation, the website and more! We have also developed a “FAQ” page, dedicated to your “frequently asked questions”. You can also look to this as a source of information, and if we have new questions come up in the future, we will add them to this page so you can find answers!

If you use this website feature to contact us, your question or comment will be sent to Southern’s webmaster, then forwarded on to the appropriate staff member who can answer your question. The response is not “instant”, but we do strive to answer you question in as quick of a manner as possible.

If you’d like to give it a try, just look for the icon (pictured above left) on our home page.
